Moving into your first home is exciting.
I am proud to announce my son has married. My heart is full. Welcome Mrs. Blatt.
My son and his wife found the house they were searching for. This is their first home, and they are first time homeowners. The house is a 1955 Ranch style home in Southern California with original everything. We gave it a major remodel, and decorated their first home. Here are some of the new design elements:
- A new kitchen opening to dining and living area replaced the dark galley kitchen
- Laundry room
- New bathrooms
- New flooring
- Custom pantry
- Paint everywhere
- Wiring and lighting
- HVAC and plumbing
I created the kitchen plan, living / dining room, bathroom and bedroom space plans, took photos and conferred with a licensed contractor. These loved ones are ready to welcome family and guests to their new home. Enjoy the final result of this design for a first home.
